Green Residences

Most of it is good. However, I have had several instances where I felt very uncomfortable because of some security guards pretending to be police. They forgot their role as guards to protect residents and spoke and acted as if they were investigating a criminal. In particular, the man who appears to be the oldest among them should be fired for the sake of the development of this condo.

First of all, upon check-in, the staff would not acknowledge me since I was an English speaking person and chose to only speak to my Filipina girlfriend, which is very rude, especially considering I was the person who booked the room and was paying for it. I received better customer service from the contracted park space provider who spoke very little English, but he at least attempted. Secondly, the room was cockroach infested. We notified the staff of this problem and they promptly came and put in traps, but it did not solve the problem during our stay. I actually had a roach fall on me when I was working at the table. We should have expected this when we read the hanging note, "Kindly wash the dishes and utensils before and after use". Thirdly, the elevators in this establishment are horrible. Their are 6 elevators to the floor, but only 2 worked going down, so you could expect 5+ minutes delay to go up or down. Breakfast was included, but we didn't know it would be delivered every morning which was a dilemma, considering I worked nights and slept during the morning. The staff will knock on your door to deliver the food and continue to knock for minutes until you wake up and answer the door. I would have asked them to stop, but the breakfast was good. Expect to pay an unexpected deposit. Upon check-out, I received the same rudeness and neglect from another staff member and the same kindness from the unaffiliated parking space provider.

Well maintained, clean and the management is active. The lobby is clean and it always smells good. Nice reception. Sofas are available for waiting and other transaction like contract signing for tenants. Elevators are always clean. Memos and announcement are inside elevator cars so tenants are easily informed. Hallways are half lit but not an issue. Amenities are the best; fitness gym, student lounge, and pool. Pool as of now is still in renovation. I am a work from home employee and i work everyday at the student lounge becuase it has free wifi and cozy place.

We rented a Airbnb in this place. As far as we can say our stay was mostly ok. It is in a good and secured area. But it's not cockroach free. They are in all corners and hide everywhere. In and outside of the apartment. It need to be cleaned more carefully and not just superficial. Just like any Airbnb we had before. You gota great view over the city and it's easy to go to LRT or get a Taxi or Grab. It's very accessible to all important stuff. If you need to wash clothes go to Lucky J's.

One star for this property. The unit we stayed in is infested with cockroaches. 10 minutes waiting for the elevator. Crowded waiting area. Hot and humid hallways. We were never given access cards, so the guards always looked suspicious of us and asked every time if we stayed in the place. Dirty towels and a dirty bathroom. I will not recommend this place at all.
